Privacy notice

Respect for context.
Care with information.

This notice explains, in plain language, what this website receives, why we process it, where it is handled, and the choices available to you.

Effective 30 September 2026
01

Scope of this notice

This notice applies to information processed through tathyainnovations.com, including the enquiry form and the technical services that protect and deliver it.

A venture or external website reached through a link may publish its own notice. Its practices are governed by that notice rather than this one.

02

Information we receive

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, venture or organisation, conversation topic, and message you choose to provide.

Our infrastructure may also receive limited technical information associated with a request, such as timestamps, request identifiers, security signals, and network information required to deliver the website, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

03

Why we process it

We use submitted information to understand the context of your enquiry, decide whether and how to respond, continue the requested conversation, and maintain an appropriate record of that correspondence.

Technical information is used to operate and secure the website, investigate errors, enforce reasonable usage limits, and protect the enquiry channel from automated or malicious activity. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry content for behavioural advertising.

04

Turnstile and abuse prevention

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals necessary to provide that security function; it does not receive the content you type into the form.

Tokens are verified by our server before an enquiry is accepted. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing.

05

Storage, access, and retention

Accepted enquiries are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. Access is limited to authorised people and systems that need it to review, secure, administer, or respond to the enquiry.

We retain information only while it remains reasonably necessary for the conversation, security, record-keeping, or applicable legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified as part of normal administration.

06

Service providers and processing locations

We use Cloudflare to deliver the website, run server-side functions, store enquiries, and protect the form. Service providers act under their own contractual and legal obligations and may process information from infrastructure located in more than one country.

We do not disclose enquiry information to unrelated third parties unless it is necessary to provide the requested response, comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a change in organisational control.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for a summary of personal information we hold about you, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about our processing.

Use the contact form and select the closest available topic. State that your message is a privacy request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant enquiry without sending additional sensitive information. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

08

Security

We use encrypted transport, server-side bot verification, restricted administrative access, input validation, and security headers to reduce foreseeable risk.

No internet service can promise absolute security. If we identify an incident that requires notice under applicable law, we will take the steps required for the circumstances.

09

Changes and questions

We may update this notice when the website, our ventures, service providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Questions or grievances about this notice can be submitted through the contact page. Describe the privacy issue clearly so it can be directed appropriately.
